I will be leaving for the Central American medium length (the month of November) trip with my big brother Charles tomorrow night.
All I know so far is that we will be flying from Syracuse, New York to San Jose, Costa Rica at 8.30 am on Sunday morning. We will have an extra hour because of the time change happening at 2 am...this is good since we have to leave around 4 am to make the flight.
Charles seems to have big plans for covering ground. I am tagging along because it has been 3 years since the larger trip (which I documented on the rockingestlittleflightlessbirdsever.blogspot.com blog. That blog is still there with no posts for 3 years. What happens with old blogs down the road? Will they eventually be deleted? I would have thought it would be gone by now but no)... I must try to remember not to digress so much when I am writing. note to self...don't use so many brackets...
Alan read somewhere about travelling with different rules (only travelling by boat...only visiting cities that start with the letter P....seeing as many countries as you can in a month...that last is what we appear to be doing)... oops brackets again...how soon we forget.
The good thing about Charles is that I know he is addicted to the internet so finding internet cafes will certainly be on the daily menu, or at least every couple of days.
